Come and Worship

what to expect

When you join us on Sunday, you will find our service beginning at 10:00am and lasting approximately one hour. Worship, prayer, and Scripture memorization are followed by partaking in the Lord’s Supper together, which we participate in weekly. Then the kids, fifth grade and younger, seperate for Sunday school, while older kids and adults stay for exegetical preaching.

come and Join Us

Gather Community Church started with a small group of believers committed to transformational discipleship through gospel hospitality. We believe that when we open up not just the doors of the church, but the doors of our homes, we find new ways to share the gospel with our neighbors, friends, and families. We would love to have you join us!

service

We gather for weekly worship Sundays at 10:00am. Our service centers around worship, expository preaching, and the Lord’s Supper (Communion).

what should i wear?

We wear a wide range of clothing on Sunday. So wear what you feel is best for your visit, whether that be a t-shirt with jeans, a dress, or a suit and tie.

childcare

We currently provide children’s ministry for children from birth up to fifth grade. So bring the whole family and join us on Sunday!

parking & directions

Parking at the Oklahoma City Northside YMCA is located behind the building and can be accessed by driving around the right side of the building. The main entrance is located on the backside of the building under the large overhang.

Once you enter those doors, you will be warmly greeted and can follow the directional signs through the YMCA hallways to the Freede Group Exercise Studio, where you can join us for worship. We can’t wait to meet you on Sunday!

Our Vision

We exist to glorify God by cultivating all-in followers of Jesus to reach the world with the Gospel.

Committed to the Gospel of Jesus Christ

The Gospel is the good news that there is no distance too great for God to bridge. Jesus lived the perfect life we could not live, died the death our sin deserved, and rose from the dead to prove that he is the only way to the life that is truly life. This is clearly revealed in the Scripture, and should be shown in every area of our daily lives as we seek to share this good news with the World!
